So here we are. We’ve ticked of our list and whew! or Wow! Boy personally I am glad I didn’t do this test two or three years ago. Apart from the constipation which is down to not geting enough water and the acne a few pimples here and there which come when I detox I’m not doing too badly. Low sex drive? ha ha ha. Too big a sex drive for a single lass like myself. Anyway moving right along.
The trick test is to get some litmus paper and pee on it. No witchery involved here. First thing in the morning cut of a strip and wet it either with saliva or urine. Pray it doesn’t change red. Or dark purple. What you’re aiming for is to be slightly alkaline.
For example, the first-morning saliva should be innthe range of 6.5 - 7.5. If readings fall below 6.5 , we are too acidic in either saliva or urine. Very occasional readings above 7.5 are acceptable for either saliva or urine but consistent reading above are an indication of tisue breakdown. A Ph of 8.0 is a serious matter. This suggests that the body is in an extreme acid condition. (Barody : Alkalize or Die)
So let’s do our tests record them and if we aren’t falling in the right range well, come aboard with me on Adventures in Alkaline. If you’re consistently recording mildly alkaline don’t run away stay and point us the way. Share what you’re doing to get it right.
Well cheers and soon
Christy
About the Author...
Although I believe that what I do does not define who I am how I do it does. I like peace, I like joy. You know that feeling which just overcomes you when you're doing nothing particularly spectacular. Just standing crunching into an apple listening to the boys and you realise, man this is who I am. This person who is there in the 'silence'. Wish she'd come out more often. I can't tell you more about her because I'm still getting to know her myself. Trying to encourage her to stay for longer visits, maybe one day stay forever. That aside I am a thirty one year old mother of two boys, five and three who enjoys writing and staying healthy.
