I know I'm doing a lot better because I can get up before the boys. Eyes wide open, look throught the door check out the amount of sunlight coming in and try to guess the time assume it is probably a lot earlier than it really is and let my mind wander as I lie there in the bed. There was a time though, man getting out of that bed was rough. I had slept but on waking up it was like could you call the tow truck? Now I have yet to have that boundless enegy which I see in my sons - leapout of bed, "Mummy time to start the day". I can feel it coming.

What's your agitation like? I wondered about that aliment and wondered if it defines what I feel sometimes. A bit like small panic and being overwhelmed. I try to centre myself when I find that happening and ask myself a pointed question.... why the hell are you nervous? And it answer it - there is abosolutely no reason to be, just live in the now alright. And right now is where you are. Is there a problem with where you are now and what you are doing. There never is. So I've chucked my agitaion down as my negative emotional reactions (which are in themselves acidifying)

Thanks for you lovely comment about my inner person. She's smiling.

All I have is agitation, muscular pain and trouble getting up in the morning. All from the first list. However, I have had many of these symptoms before. Following a nutrient dense diet and ridding my body of mercury helped immensely in bringing my pH to neutral. Which it is now.

I love your About the Author bio, Christy. Gorgeous. I hope to meet more of this wonderful silence who is you too.
